Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about sourcing from China.
General guidance for planning. Product-specific feasibility, compliance, pricing, and timing are confirmed against your project.
Discuss your project →Can you source outside Yiwu?+
Yes. Yiwu is our operating base, while supplier searches can cover relevant manufacturing regions across China.
Will I see more than one quotation?+
Where the market allows, we structure comparable options so you can review price, specification, MOQ, and lead time together.
Can you work from a sketch or existing sample?+
Yes. Images, drawings, reference products, and early ideas can all be used to start a feasibility review.
Do you guarantee a concept can be manufactured?+
No. We first assess feasibility, likely MOQ, tooling, compliance needs, and commercial fit with suitable suppliers.
Does inspection mean zero defects?+
No. Inspection reduces risk by checking an agreed sample and criteria; it cannot guarantee every unit or replace required laboratory testing.
When should inspection happen?+
The checkpoint depends on the product. A final inspection should be early enough to allow rework before the shipping deadline.
Can you manage suppliers I already use?+
Yes. We can support communication, production follow-up, inspection, warehousing, and consolidation with your existing suppliers.
Do you place orders without my approval?+
Commercial commitments and key changes are confirmed with you according to the agreed project process.
Can every product be consolidated?+
Not always. Batteries, liquids, dangerous goods, food-contact items, and other regulated products may need special or separate handling.
Is storage included automatically?+
Storage scope and charges depend on volume, duration, and handling requirements, so they are confirmed per project.
Do you act as the customs broker in my country?+
No. We coordinate the China-side shipment and can work with your nominated forwarder; destination customs advice should come from a qualified local provider.
Can you quote shipping before production?+
An estimate may be possible, but reliable pricing requires final carton dimensions, weight, destination, and cargo details.
